You all heard it! The King hath decreed it so! Come Saturday at high noon, Hamas will release every last hostage…or else! Or else, the King won’t say it anymore. The King gave specific instructions and was completely ignored. Three hostages were exchanged as planned for nearly 400 Palestinians prisoners. Sounds like a pyrrhic victory for the Palestinians. Sounds like they told the King, “We fart in your general direction.” Think how this looks to the home folks.

Hamas just ignored the King’s demand simply by ignoring it. As if he didn’t matter at all or as if he didn’t even say it. Where is the thunder clap? The locust and the laser beams? Any bully worth his salt knows when you make a threat, and your bluff is called the bully has to respond. Respond by changing the subject. Ignoring what you said before and just not talking about it anymore. That works well with the grazers, Lay-z-boy chair test pilots and the simian spectators.

But for those with their head in the game. Think, the King’s threats mean LESS now. And every time Hamas or the Ladies Club of Fort Wayne calls his bluff the more comic/tragic the King becomes. Up until January 20^th Canada was one of the best allies this country ever had.

The King’s remarks about making Canada the fifty-first state were contemptable on so many levels. To talk about picking up Canada like picking up a lost twenty-dollar bill off the street. The King’s remarks are designed to fire up the mouth breathers with an image of an all-powerful super head water buffalo. Who’s the leader of the club that’s made for you and me?

Tariffs, tariffs, tariffs! Look! Just over that hill, Godzilla! He’s headed this way with blood in his eye! All of a sudden as if by magic. Home prices aren’t going up anymore. All of a sudden as if by magic, residential projects are being cancelled across the country, and workers are being laid off. In just thirty days. The Canadian government is cancelling contracts and Canadians are organizing nationwide boycotts of American products. I’ve never seen Canadians this angry before.

This is a side note but still insightful. Tesla sales in Germany declined by 59%. But what makes that figure truly interesting is the decline came while the electric vehicle market expanded. Tesla’s market share in France declined from 14% of the market to 4% of the market. Next month’s sales figures are expected to be even worse. A hardening of feelings and dislike and distrust of all things American. The mouth is the only organ capable of destroying the whole body with normal use.

With age comes wisdom most of which is too awful to discuss. But if you stick around long enough you begin to see the movie repeat itself. The King negotiates in bad faith, and everyone can see that. No different than Richard Nixon did with the South Vietnamese. Henry Kissinger will go to Paris and negotiate the peace with North Vietnam, and we’ll call you when it’s ready  for you to sign.

The King wants to impose a profitable settlement, profitable for the King. Europe is not having it. What J.D. Dunce did at the NATO conference was historically bad. He was scolding the Europeans telling them to leave the heirs of the Nazi Party alone. Europe is denying their rights as Nazis to organize shit head parties of neo-Nazis. Go to someone else’s house and tell them how to run their country. Arrogant much? In just one hour, J.D. Dunce undermined an alliance of nearly eighty years.

J.D. sent the message that the US cannot be trusted or relied upon. The monkeys are running the zoo. France’s Macron calls for an emergency meeting of European leaders. With a plan to create a new pan European alliance sans the US. A message for the American ignorant and uneducated. People who were never raised in cities that were once firebombed by Nazis. Never forced to labor as a slave for the Nazis and never had their families murdered by Nazis. Aw, come on, give em a second chance!

Did you know the price of building materials is falling? Seems demand is collapsing for some odd reason. Maybe with all the political instability in the world. Maybe now is not the right time to buy. Besides, they’re already cutting prices like crazy. If you wait a few months, you might get an even better deal. And if everyone waits?

Gee, firing thousands of Federal workers sure can’t be good for the economy. I bet there are thousands of Federal contractors just shitting bricks right now. IF, If they still offer the contract. Will you ever get paid? Because if you have a hundred people working in an office. And if you eliminate half of them the net result is pandemonium and collapse. Who is supposed to be doing that job now? “I don’t know! I’m just trying to handle my six new jobs.” Who is in charge of that? “I don’t know.” I’ve seen people put out of business waiting to get paid by the government. They’ve got more rules than Amish dating.

But it almost looks as if the King wants to crash the economy and is trying his level best. It is hard to picture a scenario where snarling at your allies and kissing up to your enemies brings a profit. Where double dealing brings trust, where instability brings growth.

Defense Secretary Foster Hegseth, man about lamp post says, Ukraine must give up captured territory. (non-starter) Or, the US supports Russian aggression and will try to enforce a Russian victory with paperwork. But it’s not just Ukraine, it’s all of Europe from the Baltic to the Bay of Biscay. The message couldn’t be any clearer. The United States Government sides with Nazis and dictators and can no longer be trusted. Thirty days!
