ARGH! Lucy has pulled the football away yet again and sent poor Charlie Brown sailing. Chairman Don hath decreed that all the JFK files be unredacted and released to the public. What did we learn besides addresses and Social Security numbers of people from 1963? We also learned that most all of this information isn’t new at all and is largely unimportant for one solid reason.

Lee Harvey Oswald didn’t shoot anybody. Most of the documents released are about Oswald. And since he didn’t shoot anybody. This is the minutia of the cover up. It was very important for law enforcement that the assassin be a lone nut with a gun. No one could be blamed if a random gunman somehow managed to break through. But a successful conspiracy against the life of the President is a black mark on your resume.’

The dignitaries entered the motorcade at the airport. Gee? That’s odd. The Secret Service agents normally assigned to stand on the rear bumper of the limo are left behind. One agent motioned away from the motorcade as it pulled off. The agent throws his hands up perplexed. Why were they being left behind? Isn’t it obvious? They could get in the way or block a kill shot. Dead Secret Service agents falling off car bumpers could destroy the lone nut with a gun theory in a hurry.

Lee Harvey Oswald was CIA. He’d been CIA since joining the Marines. When Oswald was arrested, he had an active-duty military ID in his pocket. Why would a man who defected to the Soviet Union be carrying an active-duty military ID after returning to the United States? If it was old, it would have been taken away when Oswald returned to the United States. But if it were new?

Oswald spoke Russian so well his Russian wife didn’t know Lee was a foreigner at first. Oswald’s job in the Marines was as a radar operator. The Marine’s said Oswald was only so, so at the Russia speak and he wasn’t very bright. Why do the Marines teach radar operators to speak Russian? Oswald defected to the Soviet Union and lived in Russia and gets married to a Russian girl. And just like that is accepted and allowed to return to the United States with his Russian wife. No questions asked. Sure, I bet that happened all the time during the cold war.

Oswald is spotted passing out anti Fidel Castro leaflets after working for a pro Castro group. When Oswald was in the Marines, he won what was called “Maggie’s drawers” It meant he couldn’t shoot. He couldn’t hit the broadside of a barn with a base fiddle. The alleged rifle used was second hand military gun which meant it was junk, and about used up. The site was bent! It was an old clunky bolt action rifle purchased “mail order.” Being mail order it was easily tracked back to Oswald. Oswald could have walked into any gun store in Texas and bought a brand-new Remington with no questions asked.

The chances that with that rifle at the ready standing in that sixth-floor window. Lee Harvey Oswald could not have made those shots on his best day. Because the best marksman in the NRA tried it! And they could not duplicate Oswald’s alleged marksmanship in the time required. It just couldn’t happen.

Oswald made his way out of the school book depository out the front door and started making his way home. Shooting a policeman on the way with a magic revolver, a revolver that ejected shell casings. Famously, revolvers don’t eject shell casings. But this one did. Or the murderer stopped to reload and leave evidence behind for the police.

Oswald runs past the ticket booth of the Texas theater. The ticket taker tells the manager and the manager identified Oswald without ever seeing him. Probably because they had seen him before on more than one occasion. This was probably the phone company. If you need to meet your CIA handler and you need to meet someplace private and unnoticeable. “I just went to the movies!”

The suspect was subdued and taken to police headquarters where he was declared guilty of shooting a policeman. Oswald was never charged with shooting the President. Oswald said, “I’m just a Patsy!” And that is the closest you will ever get to the truth of the Kennedy assassination. Oswald was just a patsy.

In the wake of the Cuban Missile crisis and the Bay of Pigs, the rightwing apparatchik were nervous and fearful Kennedy would screw the pooch. Kennedy had fired CIA director John Foster Dulles. For ten thousand bonus super points and chance to go on to the lightening round. What did John Foster Dulles’s brother do for a living? That’s right! He was the Chief of the Dallas Police. And who changed the motorcade route? (Jeopardy theme)

With the arrival of high-definition television and large screens the Zapruder film tells a clear and undeniable truth. John Kennedy was shot from above and from the left. There is a blood halo behind Kennedy’s head. Physics doesn’t lie. The blood and brains ended up on the back of the car not the front and not the side. If Kennedy was shot from behind that’s impossible. Kennedy slumped in his seat he didn’t fall forward. Gosh it’s good thing those Secret Service agents weren’t standing on that bumper. They could have been seriously injured and left no question as to where those bullets had come from.

We will never know for sure who killed John Kennedy. All we know for sure is who didn’t do it. Too many loose ends too many stories. Too many shady characters working for even shadier characters. Jack Ruby was a bag man for the mob running a mob owned nightclub. You do that by being nice to the cops. They all knew Jack! The police just let Jack Ruby walk in and shoot Lee Harvey Oswald. The Patsy must die, case closed! Maybe that was Tippet’s job?

Jack Ruby told the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. He couldn’t talk in Dallas. If they would get him out of Dallas and protect him, he’d tell them everything. But that weren’t never going to happen in a thousand million years.

Next time someone tries to tell you turkeys can’t really fly you show them the Kennedy Assassination. History says the assassin was a man who was never even charged with the crime. He is assumed guilty by government declaration because it is convenient, because we say so. And the government is willing to defend this turkey for generations. “Oh, Look children, I have a left-over basket full of unredacted lies for you to read!
