Nobody Knows, Nobody

By David Glenn Cox

I wanted to be a real writer once. Then I found out what most real writers do. And I didn’t want to do that anymore. Here, I’ll show you, “MAGA Likely to Stick with Trump and Support Tariffs.” Obviously, someone was paid well to write this clearly untrue piece of fiction. My Ex-Father-in-law lost 30K in 2008 and was not patient. The very idea that you could write, He came up to these people and punched them in the nose real hard. But they were okay with it because they really liked the guy. Whatever drug that is, I want some.

The King promised to lower fuel prices and by God they’re coming. Oil prices are falling after the Saudis upped production. Mainly trying to lower the price enough to kill the American competition. But it is also killing Vladimir Putin. Falling prices on the only commodity Russia sells means trouble. Plus, the Ukrainian attacks on oil infrastructure are putting Russia in a bind.

Four days now in the Wall Street bunker watching the prices drop and the bombs fall. Already SIX Republicans Senators stand against the King. Suddenly, Republicans want to reign in the King! [Plans? Back in the box] Any plans they once had are over. Where is their patience? Why, I just read the MAGA crowd was going to stick to the King! I read that in a major publication, so it must be true.

Wall Street promoters/performers say, now is the time for patience. Don’t be in a rush to sell all of your stock. This is the fiscal equivalent of saying, “Don’t run for the exits! The fire is almost under control!” They know well that most of the time stocks will recover. Preaching patience sounds almost like sage wisdom. But he also knows, this isn’t like the other times. This is new ground entirely. Anyone who tells you what will happen next is a soothsayer, peddling miracle elixirs for two dollars a bottle.

The likes of this won’t ever come again. Pay close attention; Oil prices falling 7% in a day isn’t a portend of a rosy future. Falling lumber prices means houses which won’t be built. And it is going on around the entire Earth. All because of one very insane man and his insane advisors.

They must have left JD Vance behind in Greenland or maybe he’s on vacation or something. He hasn’t been spotted much around town and is considered to be in Presidential: Time Out! JD just seems to open his mouth and people from all walks of life get pissed off. He’s the highest-ranking member of the Fuck up squad. The guy who should have known better. The quasi adult in the room. No one knows if he’ll ever be heard from again.

Only, a real writer wouldn’t tell you this because it would make his or her boss angry. The last time the stock markets around the world wobbled so precariously was 1929. There is no financial comparison to then and now. Nobody knows, nobody. Is it bad? It’s worse than bad because it’s ongoing, and doesn’t appear to want to stop.

If the Dow average at 42,000 loses a thousand points it is small. But if the Dow loses a thousand points at 36,000 it’s getting bigger. Plans for everything for everywhere are cancelled immediately around the world. Because nobody knows, nobody. Maybe the King will change his mind and relent. Or maybe he will blow his top and impose 3000% tariffs on Fiji. Nobody knows, nobody. This is the fuel which feeds the fear, which stokes the flame which will engulf the whole world.

Nobody sitting at the big brain table inside the White Palace has any answers. The only possible cure is the complete and sudden repudiation of all of what they have been doing up until now. Which considering the temperament of the King is considered highly unlikely. Gee, it wasn’t supposed to be like this. Who knew? At this point no one knows if doing a 180 would help or hurt. Slow the crash or accelerate it.

The world had a system of finance and trade in place for eighty years, and the King has upended that model overnight and made it obsolete. Nobody knows, nobody, how the world is supposed to operate now. The old system is dead, and there are no pilots to guide us into the new future or the former new future.

Despite what real writers may try to tell you. I suspect support for the King will evaporate very quickly. Under the category of the bigger they are the harder they fall. The more they loved you today is equal to the future amount of hate tomorrow. Loyal as they are, as Trumpers begin to lose their jobs and their homes, they’ll turn.

It is incredibly hard to realize we aren’t even 100 days into the King’s Administration. This is the Honeymoon! It won’t always be this good. The layoffs are comin and the interest rates are rising. Sure, gas is cheaper, but you can’t afford a new car. You can’t afford much because of the Tariffs you support, so you won’t buy much. Rinse and repeat.

The King has unleashed a nuclear winter on the whole world, and nobody knows why, nobody. It is a historical event without precedent. You should remember the details to tell the children around the fire someday. About the time when lots of people lived inside, not just rich people. How there was even talk of saving the world once, but nothing ever came of it.

“We know that they are lying, they know that they are lying, they even know that we know they are lying, we also know that they know we know they are lying too, they of course know that we certainly know they know we know they are lying too as well, but they are still lying. In our country, the lie has become not just moral category, but the pillar industry of this country.” ― Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn
