I think it is important to note here, the same Ghislaine Maxwell the Justice Department made a deal with yesterday. Is the same Ghislaine Maxwell the same Justice Department had opposed her appeal in 2022 by saying,“In short, the defendant has lied repeatedly about her crimes, exhibited an utter failure to accept responsibility, and demonstrated repeated disrespect for the law and the Court,”
Of course, the plan is as obvious as it is dangerous. “Oh, Mr. Trump never did anything untoward. He would sit in the corner reading the Bible and sipping lemonade. He was gooder than an airy angel.” There has been talk of a list of one hundred names discussed. And these people are wealthy and powerful, and Maxwell had best be aware that Mr. Trump isn’t the only bear in the woods. You can take Bill Clinton off the list because he’s untouchable. And because nobody would be surprised, anyway.
But the crowd is in a mood to burn some witches here and the men on that list don’t want to be the next Jeffery Epstein to die in prison. Maxwell may have freed herself from the clutches of the evil orange one but has made ninety or so powerful new enemies.
But the scandal has exploded and has now gone nuclear. The fallout is everywhere, and the plan could backfire on King Trump. The second Trump pardons Maxwell, could well be the tipping point for his administration. The audience is jaundiced, and every old interview Trump gave is new again. Trump told Howard Stern he could get any woman he wanted. If he wasn’t married, of course. He’d never violate his marriage vows. Stern asked, could you date a twenty-four-year-old? Trump answered, “sure.” Then Stern asked, what’s too young for you Donald? Trump answered twelve. Everybody laughed because of course it was all in good fun. Trump didn’t really mean it. He was just joking around, wasn’t he?
It’s the conman’s lament. After you’ve lost the marks, there’s no way of getting them back. A Maxwell declaration might just sink Donald, because it only adds to the weight of the conspiracy. The scandal has gotten so bad, the great dictator had to flee the country. Run off to Scotland for a week. Blow town until the heats off only to face another gaggle of reporters waiting at the airport. “Come and get me Copper! I’m on top of the world Ma!”
They have no good answers, and the public wants good answers. The Administration keeps bleating out the same distractions about Clinton and Obama and the public isn’t buying it. The orange nightmare try’s a new wrinkle. That the Epstein list that Trump once declared was fake news. Trump now says, you should look at all the other names on the list. Not real, fake news, to look at all the other names! From “I didn’t do it! I didn’t do it! I barely knew the man” to “I wasn’t the only one!” Trump’s changing polarity on the matter illustrates how serious this issue has become and how incompetent Trump really is. Get your damn story straight and stick to it!
During Watergate, Nixon had his cadre of Republicans in Congress voicing their support, shock and outrage at these awful and untrue allegations. Then slowly, almost imperceptibly, one by one, his supporters began to grow quiet and bank the home fires. Not wanting to attach themselves to a sinking ship.
One foreign report tottled out Lindsey Graham to defend the King. You see, overseas they aren’t aware yet, that Lindsey Graham is a putz. Graham is like a gypsy fortune teller machine. If you drop in a quarter, it will give you a nice fortune. If your best supporter is Lindsey Graham? Friend, you’re in big trouble! In this country, the twisting, turning and back flipping Republicans are seen as a part of the conspiracy. Will it be like Nixon and the powers of self-preservation will eventually begin to take hold? Nixon, for all of his faults, knew shame. Nixon was loyal to the party, even if that loyalty wasn’t directly returned. Nixon knew he couldn’t continue in a shattered presidency.
But Donald Trump knows no shame. Donald Trump isn’t loyal to anyone and doesn’t give a shit about the Republican Party. Will Trump attempt a Zombie Presidency? Where the Administration sleepwalks through the scandal, ignoring it and pretending, they are blind and deaf to the public’s outrage and pretending it’s not real? Will Congressional Republicans play along, hugging and kissing the radioactive baby?
Up until yesterday, I didn’t believe this scandal would take Trump down. Knock him off his high horse and damage him, sure. But now, after the Maxwell modification. Now, it’s all about survival itself! There’s blood in the water and the sharks are beginning to circle. The victims are coming forward and those other names on the list? What have they got to say about Donald Trump’s behavior? The Administration too also has ninety something new enemies. If Trump tries to finger them, might the ninety-eight not try to finger him back? Like the Gorgon’s teeth, the ninety-eight spring forth as ninety-eight new problems.
What happens if Maxwell has an “accident” in prison? Now that she has ninety-eight or so rich and powerful new enemies, sweating through their bedclothes at night. Will anyone even believe Maxwell at this point? Is it too late to save the King from going over the doom falls? There is just no way out! There are just no good answers anymore. If they release the Epstein files, chances are they are doomed. If they don’t release the Epstein files, chances are, they’re doomed.
I had mentioned the fake distraction news stories on YouTube yesterday. And they were gone and obliterated by Epstein stories today. It is a firestorm of all things Trump and Epstein. Even Fox News struggled to keep a lid on it. And just like Donald Trump, once they’ve lost the marks, it’s oh so hard ever to get them back. So even Fox News could be put in a corner. The public is convinced Donald Trump is hiding his involvement with Epstein. And defending Trump now paints them as complicit in the conspiracy. From now on, It’s every rat for himself!
