I wrote an article yesterday, but I didn’t like it much. So,I figured, you probably wouldn’t like it much either. The problem, it seems, is a lack of “new” news. Just a continuation of the old news, more of the same news. But it is still wrong, and it is still ongoing. You become jaded after a while, when you realize the king’s “peace summit” was nothing more than a shakedown scam. I have an advantage over you, Vladimir. And I can help you! But it is going to cost you! Let me introduce you to my friends from ExxonMobil.
Now, what we have in mind here, Vlad. Is a little deal where you GIVE them a part of your oil operation. Then maybe I can help you, Vladimir. Using the office for personal gain. Mafia Don’s having a meeting. Why would you bring oil company executives along on a “peace summit?” How did they know the subject would come up? Funny, you should mention that. These are my friends and they just happened to tag along to bring some contracts, Vladimir.
That’s the real world sometimes, shit stinks. Mafia Don’s, oligarchs and self-appointed potentates playing Monopoly with real money and real lives. Thugs playing stick ‘em up! It’s very frustrating. Very Orwellian to see a crime so clearly and see it go unnoticed, let alone unpunished. They just happened by the by, to mention the boys from ExxonMobil had come along a few days later. And yes, the subject of cutting Exxon in for a free piece of the pie was discussed. Oh, the irony, it was a piece summit after all, as in, “Gimme a Piece!”
It should be a major international news story, but it’s not. Story? What story? The corporate noise machine would never admit to something like that. It shatters the illusion and perception of everything still being normal. The media struggles to justify troops on American streets. Sure, it’s a nightmare scenario! Sure, it’s authoritarian fascism. But talk it down and ignore the public outrage. Discuss why they are there instead of the correctness of why they are there. Non critical and nonjudgmental the way a passive news media really ought to behave. The king involved in a crime? Which one? Does the audience have emotional room on their plate for another Trump scandal?
Is the Robert F. Kennedy Jr. CDC debacle a help or a hindrance to the administraton right now? Is it a useful canard and purposeful distraction or is it more trouble coming in the offing? Another scandal! Well, nobody noticed, so let’s just forget about it. It was just a criminal adventure to steal from Russia gone awry. No harm, no foul. It’s just the king attempting to wet his beak again, so play along like you didn’t hardly notice.
First, they told us the opening statements had been cancelled. Both sides were anxious to get down to business. Then, the meeting breaks up early, with both sides red faced and angry. No longer speaking to each other. Then you find out a few days later that ExxonMobil boys were there. And they definitely discussed a partnership deal for Russian oil. It makes you cynical and no fun at parties. They didn’t get much accomplished-on the Ukraine situation, but the oil company boys got to say their ten minutes.
Out of nothing, something. Out of something, nothing. A strange video appeared showing things being thrown from an upstairs White House window. The king immediately, almost instantly declares it to be AI. Then the king begins a long-winded explanation where no explanation was required. If it’s AI, it’s AI. End of story. But the King explained those windows weigh 600 pounds! They are made of bulletproof glass. I know those windows! I live there! You can’t open them. The other day Malaria wanted some fresh air, and I told her the windows definitely couldn’t be opened!
Now why would someone generate AI footage showing someone throwing things out a White House window? What would that accomplish? Just trailer park behavior. Ricky shooting at the squirrels again. The White House offered maybe it was a contractor working upstairs. I thought it was AI? No, maybe it was a contractor. Someone was throwing things out an open White House window…maybe! You mean you don’t know for sure who was opening the windows? The 600-pound windows?
It is their very determination to convince us that this was nothing which convinces me it was something. If it were me, I’d just tell the reporters. There’s all kinds of crazy stuff on the internet and leave it at that. But a long-winded, graphic, and certain explanation of why it wasn’t him! And how it couldn’t possibly be him. “It was AI! Those windows are heavy! It couldn’t have been me! It was a contractor upstairs, maybe. That AI is strong stuff!”
Clearly, they are lying about it. But as these things go, this is small potatoes. But why then such strong and interesting explanations? Okay, your dog ate your homework. You don’t need to explain what kind of dog it was or why it was hungry. I think we have a right to know who is throwing stuff out the White House windows. I find it shocking a contractor would dump his waste from a White House upstairs window and I don’t believe they would. What room in the White House is that window in, anyway?
We know that the man is crazy. Is it too much of a stretch to believe he’s that crazy? A raving maniac? When the going gets tough, the untough throw stuff. The courts overturning the tariffs was a huge setback for the king. Only the Supreme court can save him now. But the law is clear, and the Administration is wrong. The court will really have to pull a turd ruling out of their butts for the King to prevail. If they do, the court will be further debased. If they don’t, the king will be further debased.
The tariffs are the centerpiece of the administration’s plans. If the tariffs are overthrown, it’s the center pole of the tent being kicked out. The court ruled the king was wrong to use troops in Los Angeles and will also be wrong in Chicago. A string of stinging defeats which are barely mentioned to the public. Never with any continuity or explaining why the king was WRONG! Just the court ruled against him! Who knows if he was right or wrong or what? It’s just what the court said.
The king disappears for 48 hours, and people immediately wonder if the king was dead. That tells you instantly, right there, how much the American people trust the Trump Administration! The people are near certain they’d try to hide it if Trump was dead. But there is something more Freudian about the people’s fear of Trump’s mortality. They thought of it because they secretly hoped for it. And you might say publicly, “Oh, no, never!” But the first thing they thought of was, “Maybe he’s dead!” And Dr. Freud says they never would have thought of that at all, if they didn’t secretly wish for it.
